Welcome to gohospital360 (accessible via gohospital360.com). By accessing or using this website, its B2B booking engine, or sub-agent channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using our portal immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification.

2. B2B Sub-Agent Obligations

All registered sub-agents using the gohospital360 portal are independent business entities. Agents are solely responsible for:

sub-agents must independently verify their customer credentials, passport validity, and visa requirements. We hold no liability for transactions made by sub-agents with invalid client information.

Agents must not make false representations regarding booking fares, flight schedules, or service confirmation times to final customers.

3. Booking & Service Rules

Fares & Availability: All airfares, hotel rates, and package availability displayed are dynamic and pulled directly from suppliers. Fares are not guaranteed until payment is processed and a PNR/ticket is generated.

Visa & Attestation Services: Visa processing, GAMCA medical bookings, and document attestation services are subject to approval by the respective government authorities, embassies, and medical centers. We act solely as a facilitator and are not responsible for rejections, delays, or additional administrative fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

gohospital360 acts as an intermediary technology platform connecting users and B2B agents with third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies).

We are not liable for any service deficiencies, flights cancellations, delays, hotel overbookings, or physical injuries occurring during the execution of travel packages.

5. B2B Wallet & Fund Deposits

Sub-agents must maintain sufficient advance balances in their B2B wallet to issue tickets and book services.

Any request to add funds is subject to validation of the bank receipt or transaction ID. Wallet balances are non-interest-bearing and can only be used for issuing travel bookings on our portal.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, differences, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with bookings, agent commissions, or portal services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts local to our head office:
